Discussions:

1. Koperasi Member list - G7COP representatives are assigned to compile their own family member name list and send to Anita by Jan 7, 2010. Details required for name list - Name, IC no, Address & Telephone number.
   
2. AGM Location - 4 places have been suggested for AGM, the following action owners were to provide the quotation (venue, chairs, PA System, Projector) by Jan 7, 2010.
   
   Magasa: Magasa Kindergarten
   Saravanan: Safira Club & Wisma Perkeso
   Gowri: Seberang Jaya Library
   
   2.1. AGM Date - Suggested to be held on 30 Jan 2011 (Sunday) or 6 Feb 2011 (Sunday)
   2.2. Others - Thana has volunteered to sponsor Spring Water for all members
   
   
3. ALK Members Election - 11 members have been elected for ALK membership.
   Saravanan, Dev, Siva, Magasa, Ramesh, Anita, Vani, Gowri, Thana, Punes, Kathir
   
   3.1. JAD (Juru Audit Dalaman) - will be elected during AGM.
